Options ToolTip: Installation Instructions

Options ToolTip for BigCommerce from Your Store Wizards is not a self-installable feature and must be installed by one of our developers.

In order to allow us to install the ToolTip feature, you must provide access to your store by completing the following steps:

1. Log into your BigCommerce Control Panel 
2. Go to Account Settings | Users
3. Click "Create a User Account"
4. For Email enter: "support@yourstorewizards.com:
5. For Status, leave "Active"
6. For Preferred language, leave "English"
7. For User Role, choose "Custom" then grant access to the following System Admin Permissions:
   1. Manage Settings
   2. Store Design
   3. Design Mode
   4. Use Script Manager
8. Click Save.

Once the user has been created, please email us at support@yourstorewizards.com to let us know.
